Participation Costs

1. "Business" Package

The most cost effective option for stands 9m2 to 12m2.

Contract includes: Space, stand surface, separation walls, lighting, 1 x electrical socket (European standard), daily stand cleaning, use of "business points"(with exhibitor's pass). /Please note: no furniture included/

2. "Fequent" Package

The middle dimension for stands 25m2.

Contract includes: Space, stand surface, separation walls, lighting, 1 x electrical socket (European standard), daily stand cleaning, use of "business points"(with exhibitor's pass). /Please note: no furniture included/

EUR € 240 per m2

 3. "Prominence" Package

For custom built stands from - 40m2 <

Contract includes: Space, stand surface, lighting, electrical sockets (European standard), 2 x conference table, 8 x conference chairs, daily stand cleaning, use of "business points"(with exhibitor's pass).

EUR € 180 per m2

4. "Market" Package

Designed for small business, limited budgets or companies that only have services to sell - floorspace 4m2

Contract includes: Space, stand surface, lighting, daily stand cleaning (please note:no power point, no furniture included, no access to the "business points").

EUR € 1800 per unit (no power point)

EUR € 1850 per unit (including power point)

Compulsory Registration for Exhibitors 

Compulsory registration includes: 2 x exhibitor passes, 2 x 3 daily passes, appearing in the exhibition catalogue, press releases to major trade magazines in Uganda, the participant's brochure will also be distributed during the trade fair, publicizing participation in the FAUEX News Bulletin and on the EXHIBITION website.

 The conference registration includes: 1 x pass, breakfast and lunch - refreshments free of charge during the conference (coffe, tea, soft drinks, mineral water), free entry to the lectures, presentations, consultation possibilities with the presenters.

Conference registration fee for companies exhibiting at the event: EUR € 1050

 

Technical Infrastructure

Exhibition Services

Exhibitors will receive a complete Services Manual once their participation has been confirmed. This manual allows participants to order extras they may deem essential for the successful design of their stand. 

* Business points - areas/rooms on the exhibition site separated from visitors where the organisers provide internet access, office space, photocopier and scanner use for our exhibitors free of charge. In the units we offer free refreshment (tea, soft drinks, mineral water) and confectionary in the pre-ordered amount.

Official Catalogue and Buyers Guide - A full colour A4 publication will catalogue products and services offered. Entries are free to exhibitors. Advertising opportunities exist to enhance your company's standing amongst regional buyers.

Publicity and Promotion

The organisers will implement a powerful publicity package which will incorporate a mix of marketing elements designed to stimulate visitor and delegate attendance. These elements will include press releases, paid  advertising, direct mail, fax campaigns, electronic mailing. The campaign is ongoing and open ended. The organisers are commited to explore any other opportunities to maximise exposure as and when these are identified.
